We will continue to provide care for your pets over the Christmas and New Year holiday period. Throughout the holidays, our team is here to help with consultations, vaccinations and routine procedures, or to order and pick up repeat medicines.


Wednesday 24th December - OPEN UNTIL 1PM then closed for emergencies only

Thursday 25th December - CLOSED - emergencies only

Friday 26th December - CLOSED - emergencies only

Saturday 27th December - OPEN UNTIL 1PM then closed for emergencies only


Thursday 1st January 2025  -  CLOSED - emergencies only

Repeat medication:

Please remember to order any repeat prescriptions in time for Christmas. We kindly ask all repeat medicines to be requested before 18th December. This will ensure your pets will not go without any medications over the Christmas and New Year period.

Laser Therapy


At Black Rock Vets we strive to provide the latest technology in veterinary heath care. Laser therapy (photobiomodulation therapy), is a fast-acting and versatile tretament that uses deep penetrating light to stimulate injured cells to heal faster and release endorphine reducing pain. 


As an introductory offer we will now be offering 10 session of laser treatments at a 50% discount to highlight the benefits of photobiomodulation (PBM) therapy . PBM therapy is beneficial for a plethora of conditions including osteoarthritis , inflamation of the ears, promoting skin healing, feline asthma syndome and pulmonary fibrosis to name but a few.
